Chanel Mascara Offer with Elle Magazine

I purchased the July issue of Elle Magazine (£3.60) for an article on the new Dior Artistry Palettes. So imagine my delight when I found a small black envelope attached to a Chanel ad containing a card for a free Exceptionnel de Chanel mascara sample in shade 10 Smoky Noir when brought to a participating Chanel counter - I just love freebies! The first counter I went to was out of samples but the sales lady did say that they would be getting more samples in September when Chanel brings out some new mascaras so hold onto your card if you can’t get one now.
