Review: Crab Tree & Evelyn Body Polish
Posted by admin on July 1, 2009
It’s not often I leave the house without wearing tights but we’re in the midst of a heatwave here in Britain. A warning: get your sunglasses out cause my legs are white with a capital W (expect rays of blinding light). What better way to prepare them for public view then by exfoliating. So off to Crab Tree & Evelyn it was. I asked the nice lady to recommend something for sensitive skin and she referred me to their Naturals collection. After deciding on one, she tested it on my hand there in the shop.

What the website says (www.crabtree-evelyn.co.uk):
Exfoliating and toning body cleanser with stimulating mint, rejuvenating fennel and ivy - known to help tone and tighten the skin.
•no sodium lauryl sulfate
•no paraben preservatives
•no mineral oil
•no propylene glycol
•no synthetic colorants
The scrub:
-
lathers well
-
doesn’t scratch
-
smells pleasant
-
leaves skin oh so soft
This was a winner for me. I walked away with a large tube of 175 grams which set me back £13.00.

Just one thing….don’t squeeze it too much, it comes out very fast.
